I came across this hotel by complete accident and I was amazed. This is how the hotel should affect the customer. Plenty of parking spaces for cars, motorbikes and buses. All secured by a camera system. The hotel impresses right after you enter it. The reception is modern, the hotel rooms are beautiful and they will provide everything you need as a guest. The wellness is clean, the water in the pool is luxurious. The management of the hotel is at a high level and I must also praise the employees, who act professionally and have nothing to complain about. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for development and other plans. Other hotels should learn from you.

Pleasant newly renovated hotel, staff was helpful, everything was clean, breakfast ok. The air-conditioned room was large, with a spacious bathroom (with a window) and a corridor. The storage spaces were very well designed. Toiletries, hair dryer, and slippers were available. We also had dinner at the hotel, the food was excellent, they have a menu available for lunch. And excellent plum beer (non-alcoholic). The hotel also has a wellness center (across the courtyard) and construction is currently underway on the outdoor area. The AW Museum of Modern Art is opposite on the same street.

Everything. It was good to see a project where you could see that they not only purchased expensive stuff to make a hotel, but a lot of thought went into it. The staff was also great. I could see that they were building other parts of the plot, but that did not bother our stay at all. I hope the place can continue developing this project, because they are on the right track to create something really great.

Good addition to Medzilaborce. Hotel is well furnished , very clean. Staff were great- polite, professional and very accommodating. Hotel is located right across the street from the Museum, which would have been great, had the Museum been open 😀 We had lunch at the hotel couple of times and enjoyed our food. Keep up the good work! About time we got something nice in ML

Brand new hotel with the rooms and equipment in european standard, delicious food, clean and modern wellness center, spacious and SAFE parking, warm atmosphere, feels like at home. receptionist was multilingual and polite, friendly and professional staff ~ service you wouldn’t find in in any bigger hotels and cities. there is a construction site and looks like they building a swimming pool. you feel life in this place and I’ll be happy to come back.

The room was clean, new. Everything was fine, the room had a view of the city and the museum. The breakfasts are delicious and the coffee like from a professional barista. The staff is very disciplined and the behavior is at a high level. They arranged a taxi for us at the exact time specified. Great satisfaction for me and I will be happy to come back here again.
